i went for some world exploring time with my horse, and when i tried to cross water and he kicked me from his back he then been invisible and when i tried to click at the air i couldn't find him, until i reloged to the realm. also when i manually dismounted from the horse also the same problem. one time the horse went buggy and teleported as in the video below-

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-101247, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix is already included in the latest version of the game, 1.15.1.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
