Sometimes when I pass through a nether portal in my friend’s realm, I suffocate while it’s on generating world. I can hear the dying sounds as it’s loading. When it finishes loading I find that I am dead, and my loot is around 30 blocks away. This affects everyone on the realm, including the owner.

Confirmed this is happening in 1.13.1 on realms Android LG Q6 on 8.1
I suffocated going through from the overworld. long generation message and the text to speech announced suffocated in a wall. However, after the death message, the screen showed that I was standing in the nether at exactly the portal I should have arrived at. I can only assume I suffocated in the portal frame blocks. Posting screen capture.
I have the same issue on realms too but my case is worse I my screen shows generating terrain while I'm getting suffocated and it won't finish loading no matter how long you wait
