[REALMS-2477] Nether portals bugging

Nether portals are bugged, either I somehow die asphixiated in a wall or appear 10000 blocks far from the place it had to send me, this sometimes happens and sometimes it doesnt, making it impredecible and making me lose valuable things in-game😞

This is happening in my realm as well. I have suffocated in walls in the nether and had to search for my items so I don't lose them. Or I end up 6000 plus blocks away from where I am supposed to be. This happens both going into and coming out of the nether.

It appears that the nether portals are bring you out at the exact coordinates that the portal you are trying to use is located. For instance if your nether portal in the over world is located at -6300, 57, 458 you will come out at that address in the nether and vice versa.

I'm having similar issues with Nether Portals, specifically:

1) If I die in Nether, I re spawn at the starting point of the game, not the last bed I set as a re spawn.

2) If I make a new portal, when I go through it, it takes me to another portals Nether entrance, not the one I just made.

Its very frustrating and has only been happening since the fox update.
