[REALMS-2539] Can’t activate cheats

Using Egyptian Methodology Mash Up pack, was fine but suddenly no longer able to use cheats and even if in peaceful mode, I see mobs and creeper... also tried switching to creative but still cannot use cheats and see mobs. Tried deleting and recreating multiple times

I am not entirely sure but I'd recommend trying to download the world, enable cheats, then reupload it. Realms can be a bit wonkey as of late.
