[REALMS-2635] Game Crash and "Fall Out of World" on Re-login

Two players Playing on realm going through desert at night. Game crashed for one of us first. Then second player. On re-logging in both of us "Fell out of The World". Please see attached video of prior to both deaths and the relog in of second player.

Our realm has had this happen twice. Randomly everyone will get kicked offline and when rejoining most players have corrupted/missing chunks around them. So far the only temporary fix is reloading a backup save and playing until it happens again. I'm not sure what's causing the disconnections or chunk errors but it's really game breaking.

This is NOT a duplicate issue. These chunks are completely deleted from the map and is not a client sided issue, Chunks of the map are being deleted after server crashes and this is showing up for all players. Even the chunks show up on maps as black squares,
