Villager Change Professions Even After Trading

Today one of our Villagers dressed like a Cleric but when clicked on it had the items of the Fletcher. Another Villager dressed as a Cleric was at a Armorer work block but had the trade items of a Weaponsmith. We've also seen several Villagers of certain professions at the wrong profession block and never restocking their items and "working" the wrong profession blocks even though there are plenty of blocks and beds.
