REALMS-2827

Players Load Into World Server-Side Before Client-Side

Whenever a player logs into a realm, they always load in server-side before they do client-side. This is a massive problem, as the player could get killed well before they are aware of their surroundings. For example, if they're swimming, and either the realm or their entire game crashes, they could drown while loading in before they can take action. And hostile mobs don't know the difference between an active player and one still logging in. This actively forces players to communicate this info with each other outside of the game just to make sure things go okay. That by itself isn't a problem, but it shouldn't be necessary to ensure all players are safe to join. This also occurs to private worlds open to friends, but considering realms are public, the issue is more problematic there
