Realm Status shows "Expired", subscription is current

I have an active realm subscription however I am unable to access my realm from the console or from PC. When I go to the Worlds Tab I am shown that the realm is expired. I have already contacted Microsoft support and they were unable to fix the issue and referred me to the developer. Microsoft support attempted to reset the profile on the console; this did not resolve the issue. Next Microsoft support canceled the subscription and had me resubscribe; the realm is still showing expired. I have attached screen shots showing that my subscription is active as well as a screen shot showing that the realm is seen as expired on the worlds tab.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid.

As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly.

I fail to see how this issue is invalid or related to account and/or billing. The service is paid for but is not accessible from the software. This is an error of some sort in the code and/or programming between the networks which falls under the category of a software bug.

Additionally I have already reached out to Mojang Customer Support and gotten no response.

It's been marked as invalid as it's not a bug, rather an account issue.

Fair enough. I apologize for continuing to use this topic since it has been closed however no other avenues to communication are getting any response. Is there any sort of time frame in which Customer Support usually responds? I posted my help request through Minecraft.net help center last week after Microsoft was unable to resolve the issue on their end. The realm "expired" 25 Jan 2020 and so far this is the only way that i have been able to speak with anyone outside of Microsoft about the problem.

Did this get resolved? I am having the same issue and getting nowhere with a fix. Any help would be much appreciated

Lynsey Pope, long story short... no.

The mods here marked it "resolved" because this problem is not considered a "bug". Microsoft couldn't fix the issue and told me to contact the Developer.  I tried contacting Mojang through various methods (emailed customer support, no response; reached out via twitter, got a reply of "sorry for the delay, we are back logged with issues" and no response since; tried this bug reporter and got a "not our problem" type response) and never got in contact with anyone except through this bug report feature and as you can see above from the Mod, they couldn't fix it either because it isnt a bug, but rather an account issue. I eventually gave up trying to get it fixed and just cancelled my realm subscription. So no realm hosting for me I guess...

Good luck to you in getting it fixed! If you get yours resolved could you possibly reach out to me and tell me how to fix it? My kids are super bummed that we can't host our own world of them to share!

I am having this same issue. For the third time now.

Same problem. Who knows how to fix the issue. I have an expired realm on all my devices. I can't even reactivate the subscription. Guess no more Realms. Why sell a service that makes problems. Before I got Realms, it says it will be available for 18 months, then deleted. Well, I just wanted to change my payment method. Realm went. So go ahead, you lazy Mojang worker. Resolve this comment as well. Not able to help? It takes too long to get any help. There is no support. Look at the thread! Resolved bye time to go home. The world is becoming a horrible place. Nobody cares about their job to help your customers! Why does anyone even pay any of you people? Your job is just labeling threads as resolved when they are not! What is that?
