[REALMS-3068] I can't access Realms / win10

I'm not able to Access Realms, in Minecraft For Windows 10.

I click to enter the world, and keep charging for about 5 minutes, and then show that it failed

I'm having the same issue, whenever I try to join my realm the screen gets stuck on the 'Loading Resource Packs' page and then may eventually crash. If it does let me in, I cannot interact with the world, including no breaking blocks, no mob damage and even unable to drown. Other people are able to join my realm, from other platforms, and experience none of these issues.
