[REALMS-3440] Loading resource packs

Unable to join realm due to Resource pack loading realm doesnt use resource packs please tell me how to resolve this - other people asked the same question via reddit etc. Thanks and stay safe

Are you able to open a local world? Are you using any local resource packs (textures, skins, etc) that would be loaded for all worlds you play in? What platform are you playing on?
