My game crashed while I was on my world so I testarted minecraft and saw that some of the structures on my world were replaced with the default terrain of when I first created the world. I still have some random items I had a while ago but the structures that have been in the world since the beginning are gone and I dont know how to restore it.

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-58514 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.

Please don't forget to use the search feature before submitting a bug to see if it has already been reported. The less time we spend linking duplicates means more time testing and confirming the bugs.
You should be able to restore your Realm from one of the recent automatic backups.
