I have made a raid farm around 3/4 weeks ago. The last 5 days no captains have been spawning in it and the rate none captains spawn have been down 90%. Once the realm maintenance happened (23/4/20) I had 2 raids in a row but it's gone back to not working

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-60560 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
