[REALMS-3639] There is a bug in our server that has removed a large section of the water including the bedrock leading to a void that makes you fall out of the map

A small square has opened in our server which leads us to fall out of the map and has continued to grow exponentially in size. We've attempted to cover/fill it up but the blocks disappear when the world is loaded up
