Mod packs on realms bought from xbox will not transfer over properly

*i am not here to file a complaint or question mojangs and microsofts decisions with the bedrock edtion realms experience*

With that said, from my prior-knowledge xbox doesnt support mods on realms unless they are from the marketplace. Although this is true, some mod packs still work on realms, but not in the way you would expect. It will change the packs version, delete packs, replace packs and create multiple of the same mod in the recource and behaviour pack section in realms plus. Many mods work on normal worlds on minecraft bedrock so why dont they work on realms? I think its because realms plus isnt fully developed or is behind minecraft bedrock edition. After running many tests, i have found that its random whether the packs will work or not and the cog⚙ symbol which is next to the mod pack which would open up a slider has no function on realms, it will just do the default. I have had many issues with realms and i dont think its fair that microsoft refuses our rights for refunds but thats ok i have been charged $75 in the past and recieved nothing in return, i am not asking for refunds, i am just asking for your team to spend more time fixing realms plus because its not fun at the moment
