My son have installed Minecraft in my android device.
While playing is he is getting a message that
"you cannot play on realms because of how your microsoft account is setup. This can be changed in our privacy and online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings"
I have seen some links which talks about parental intervention and set the privilege from parent's account. I did that. But still the issue persists. How do I fix it.
Thanks

I am having the same problem! Except this is on my account I have no limits or anything on my account and I even own the realm! It is awful. By the way I am on xbox, I haven’t tested if this has happened on my pc yet.

Try logging out of your Microsoft / Xbox Live account on Xbox and then log back in. If that does not work, try powering off the Xbox to reset the connection.
