Any time anyone in my household opens my realm server, they are unable to chat. Upon activating the chat, we are met with glitched settings in the corner of the screen and we can not type nor exit out of the chat. We have to reload minecraft on whatever device we are using. This occurs on Windows 10, Xbox One, and PE (These are the only devices we use). We can't even use chat commands. Chat still works fine on non realms server. This has occurred on both realms that I own.

If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated. Do you have any resource packs in use that would affect fonts, etc? Does this happen on any other Realms that you know of? If so, please add this info to MCPE-67941.
