I signed up for a realm so my daughter and her cousins could play together. I created an MS account for her added it to my parent account. I keep getting an error message when trying to connect to the realm from her kindle. Saying that "You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is setup.
I went to her Microsoft account and allowed multiplayer. Still get the same message, restart the kindle. Nope same message. reinstalled minecraft and signed back into. Still the same message. Turned every security and privacy setting to allow and restarted same error message.
I have spent 3 hours trying to set this stupid thing up is there anything that can be done to make it work? This has been a really awful experience.
