[REALMS-4565] Random Game Freeze on Realms

I was playing on a realm and I teleported to someone and a few seconds the game freezes and the music was still playing for about 2 minutes. The music stopped but the game is still frozen after 10 minutes.

I don't know if it has to do with realms or teleporting since I have never had it happen before and I haven't played much single player.

After 30 minutes of it being frozen still, I closed it and it said an error has occurred on my Switch.

Are you still able to reproduce this issue? If so, please list the exact steps you did to cause it.

It would happen about half of the time but it doesn't happen anymore.
