[REALMS-4974] Freeze in place while using elytra and chunks not loading after landing

While using fireworks and elytra to fly, after the update all on our realm have noted themselves freezing in place while flying, suddenly freefalling, and having issues with chunks loading in while flying and after landing. This is over multiple platforms, different locations, providers, both wired in and wireless
