I had a creative world where I worked for months on my realm. Then I downloaded it to upload it later in survival mode and it was no longer possible. I lost a week of my subscription because I couldn't replace my realm with any of the downloaded copies.
In the end, I canceled the automatic renewal of the realm and when I went to pay it again selecting the copy of the old world ... guess, it did not open, it told me that my purchase was successful but that they had not been able to create the realm ... so I keep losing my money ... And I already tried absolutely everything and nothing. I know I'm not the only user in the community, I read this problem elsewhere.

And please note, that you put the incorrect realms platform.
The realms platform should be bedrock if relates to bedrock edition, Java if relates to Java edition.
Are you still having this issue? If so, what is the exact message you get when you try to access your realm?
