My friends realm is run off his phone and he tried to add a custom texture pack and it kick me from the server and once I joined back in my villager disappeared and his sheep

Also note that if the world "is run off his phone" then it is probably a shared multiplayer world and not a Realm. Issues not specific to Realms should be reported to the MCPE project.
