[REALMS-5137] Cannot access Realms

My son cannot access Minecraft Realms. It says he does not have permission but all permissions have been turned on. He is using a Nintendo Switch

What is the exact text of all messages that are shown? Is he able to connect to any of the "featured servers"? You can also attach screenshots showing the message(s).
