connection issues to realm, error code 500

Trouble connecting to friends java realm. he can connect but no one else can, I have tried every solution on the official realm website and I have run into nothing but dead ends and loading screens. I have even left the game alone for hours hoping it was just downloading a large file but still no luck. i have run out of options and we need a dev to help out here. we have collectively put hours of work into this realm and it would be a real shame if this didn't get fixed before the subscription runs out. And it would be a real shame as well if we had to go to a outside client to host our servers as we thought something right from mojang would be the most reliable
