[REALMS-5363] Cannot do anything

Literally when trying to do anything (Join, change the world, close the realm, etc.) it does not work, and a loading screen is all that is seen. Restarts don't help, neither do re-installs and firewall changes.

This report is incomplete as not enough information has been provided to understand what the problem is. I'd highly recommend reading through the Bug Tracker Guidelines for guidance on how to produce a helpful report which the team can handle appropriately.

It's the same on nintendo switch and xbox, you press play then on the realm and constant purple loading screen over and over, then the little black loading box until you reset, then this software closed because an error occurred. Wont let me or my friends on the realm at all!
