Exception error login

This was marked as resolved immediately after I posted the last time, it's not! Again the realm connection is hit or miss, mostly miss over the past week now. In all honesty if you can't fix it then I demand a full refund while keeping subscription time (because lets face it you can't seem to fix the server my realm is on).  I'll just upload the world onto my own custom server which won't have these issues at all and I don't have to pay the company anymore for useless customer service. Here is the post again: For over a week now my realm has been hit or miss with a login exception error for everyone including myself the owner of the realm. I've checked to make sure my fire walls on windows defender and my router have not had settings changed back to default as I know that could cause issues with Java. They both are set to ignore Java still. I know that Mojang is partnering with Hadean but have know idea if this is causing the current flux of exception errors all of a sudden or something else. If in fact there are server outages due to a transition it would be nice to have some form of communication on server outages for as of right now there is no way for us realms owners to see an outage. The error can be seen in the screenshot below, and it happens off and on, for example, I logged in and played for 12 hours on Saturday but Sunday morning until about 12:30 PM this exception error popped up before I was finally able to log in and play for another 6 hours. This is the same for all of my friends and family on the realm from different time zones as well. Would be nice to be able to log on what I'm paying for whenever I have free time, or at the very least have early notice when my realm is going to be offline due to server maintenance or whatever this is that's going on.
