My Iron boots which have soul speed 3, and were gained from a piglin via bartering are broken. I was running down some soul sand, when they broke, which was normal, I heard the sudden breaking sounds, yada yada. I was being dumb and continuing to walk on the soul sand, but I wasn’t slowing down. It took me a while to notice it was slowing me, I even saw the “escaping souls” particles, but I wasn’t accelerating. I opened my inventory and saw the boots at 0 durability. I tried to take them off, but it wouldn’t work, it didn’t even have the curse of binding either.
