i have a BRAND NEW realms plus subscription on minecraft xbox 1 and when i try to open the BRAND NEW realm world it will not leave the 'generating world' loading screen and on the one occasion it did there was severe lag making it impossible to play the game. My internet connection is completely fine so DO NOT blame my connection. I have read online many people have the exact same issue and that it never gets resolved. This is the second time i've reported because the first attempt didn't have enough 'detailed information' so here is an DETAILED essay.
