Consoles cant log in to realm

Our realm was updated to 1.16.4 on Monday the 16th, however, the 1.16.4 update was retracted for our consoles (both the switch and xbox one). This has resulted in consoles not being able to access our realm as of today (11/18 - despite the official mojang announcement on 11/17 stating the issue was resolved). An individual with a PC can access the realm (as the PC says they are using 1.16.4) but none of our consoles can due to the realm being updated, and when we check for updates on our consoles we are told we have the latest version (despite the fact that we only have 1.16.1).
