I've had realms for about a couple weeks now and my girlfriend and her sister have been playing on it. However right after the recent update they haven't been able to join, message keeps saying unable to join world. Please Help

Are you still having this issue? If so, what is the exact and complete message that is shown when unable to join?
This ticket has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response. It will automatically reopen when you add information. Tickets that do not contain enough information may be closed as Incomplete.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
