When I stepped into a portal the building terrain screen appeared and... well, it was there for more then ten minutes. I logged out, tried to log in and I just couldn't. After I restored a backup (which took ages and multiple tries) iIwas able to play again.
This happened on Android and on Windows 10

It happened in the downloaded world too which can't be uploaded...

It looks like the transfer expired. If you are still able to reproduce this issue, please feel free to create a new ticket in the MCPE project, since it is not specific to realms. If possible, please us a file sharing service that will not expire.
Does the same thing happen with a downloaded copy of the world? If so, it might be helpful if you can provide a copy of the world along with the portal location to reproduce the problem.
