I've given required permissions to all users through my xbox account settings, and I still can't play relms on xbox. There is little to no information on how to fix this. I only find suggestions on fixing the privacy settings, but I have done this.

I am trying to play relms on xbox one. I have 3 child accounts on the xbox as well as mine. I can't give screen shots, because it is on the xbox, but the message says something like "you can not play on relms because of the way your microsoft account is setup." Here is an image from the internet that is similar to what I get.

I have given permission on all accounts to allow everything, but I still get this message. I have rebooted the xbox several times, waited hours, and still when I log in I get this message. My child accounts are not even logged in. This has to be a known issue, but I can't find answers on how to fix it. Let me know if you need more information
