Me and my friend have got problems with connection to the realm on or nintendo switch and Nintendo switch lite it was made by another friend on his Xbox, when we try to connect we get kicked off within seconds or it doesn't even load at all its been going on for about a month now there are also problem with the store not loading with good wifi connection and it doesn't change no matter how bad or good the wifi connection is we have tried everything we could think of we have deleted minecraft and reinstalled it we have reconnected to the wifi we even tryed disconnecting all other devices from the wifi before tryimg to connect to the realm but nothing helps

BTW it's important to say that the friend that made the realm on the Xbox has no connection problems what so everย

What message(s) do you see when trying to connect to the Realm?
If you are also not able to connect to Marketplace this is likely a general issue not specific to Realms? You might also check if any of the solutions mentioned in MCPE-95651 help.
