REALMS-6751

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Se ha forzado la interrupción de una conexión existente por el host remoto

I bought the Realms subscription a week ago with four friends, and from the beginning I have been getting this error when I was 15 seconds in the world. This happened to me frequently when I used "hamachi", however I did not give it importance since it was a free application, but I find it impressive that even paying, this error still occurs (I get the bug even when closing "hamachi" completely and even after uninstalling it) . I also changed my NAT from 3 to 2, or from closed to moderate, this didn't work either. My friends at Realms have NAT 2 and they don't have any problems. I hope you can read my complaint / report soon, as I have paid to spend a good time with friends and in this way all I got was frustration and time researching in vain. Thank you

But can anyone help me to change or fix something in my pc or internet? I really want to play with my friends and I paid for that, is dissapointing that no one can help me with MY problem. Visiting the post of that guy will not help me, as you said it isn't resolved. Instead of saying to me to go and visit that you could help me contacting someone who knows about this issue. Really dissapointed...

In that case, I'd recommend you have a read through the technical support resources and if that doesn't help, try contact Community Support.
