Realm server leak and jerky, especially in the Nether, it constantly stalls even when things are broken down. We also keep flying from the server or the server cannot be found. You are suddenly teleported because it is leaking. When dismantling it jerks and the sound comes late. You get kicked by the server. Xbox cannot find server or failed to join server.
Crashes such as these are logged automatically, this will therefore be investigated further by the development team internally.

You seem to be reporting at least two issues, though these are probably related
1. Various lag issues (not sure what you mean by "leak" unless there's a language issue). This is being tracked as REALMS-4642
2. Getting kicked by the server. This is usually indicates a crash. The realms server will automatically report crashes to the developers, because bug reports don't usually contain enough information to reproduce the problem.
