First to mention that I hired Realms Plus, and on the server we are about 8 people.
On January 16, I was playing when suddenly the server takes us out of the world, my friends being witnesses at that time. We go back in and realize that the progress we had made was erased. We think that maybe there was a failure, but nothing important. The following days, there was no problem
On January 25, the same thing happened again, being this every day and happening frequently, both my friends and I. It is quite frustrating, due to the time spent so that the progress is not saved afterwards.
I want to add, that it is not an internet problem (it happens to all of us in the world), nor is it a payment problem (this is automatically discounted).

check connection and see if the server gets over loaded when 8 people join.

The problem is not the number of players, since there may be one playing and the error will happen.
