Realms lacking core server features

This was supposed to be labeled as an "Improvement" or "New Feature", but for some reason the dropdown for Issue Type would not allow it.
It has always been my impression that as a moderator/operator for a server, you should have access to a few things. Apparently Kicking/Banning is not one of them for Realms, although it is for LAN Server in Vanilla Minecraft.
What I would like to see, is Operator Options per user - which basic command sets an Operator can do by a series of Checkboxes.
• Kick/Ban
• Change Gamemodes/Gamerules • For other players?
• Change Time/Weather
• Invite Players
And, as Owner, of course all of this should be enabled, and able to be done from the command line, without the need to log out just to do simple tasks. As a Realms Owner, this makes me feel like I'm not even really in charge of my own world.
