I created a realm this week on my playstation and I have some friends trying to join. I send them an invite myself in addition to giving them the join link and they keep getting an error saying they dont have the realm owners permission to join. ( but I invited them) it doesn't seem like there is any other way to give them permission. I have read some things online about having to whitelist the people trying to join and all the tutorials I have watched showing me how to whitelist aren't working. Can anyone give me any direction on how to fix this. Its getting frustrating trying to figure this out and not to mention I'm wasting money if I cant have people join realm.

I believe this is a bug because he is unable to join even though he has permission. we have tried everything and he cannot join but other people can yet I made a second realm by accident and he was able to join that one. One on the discord is able to give any sort of insite or help into this issue why isnt there a way to contact technical support?

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.10)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
