Basically, my friend has already created a realm with their realm plus account and I am unable to join because as you can see in the attachment below my friend's tab does not have any tab that says join realm or enter code. I've researched about this problem and have tried deleting Minecraft on my ps4, deleting saved data, and repeatedly logging in and out of my Microsoft account. Thank You for your assistance.
