I can't connect to the realm I made like 4 days ago, it says that I am not able to connect to realm, I tried closing the realm but it fails as well. My friends can't get in as well, they get the same problem as mine.

Reading the status of the server is very inconvenient because the realm cannot connect via SSH. It can only be inferred from the end user level. I received a reply from official support saying "active and open", but I can't connect.
-"World Download": Progress stops.
-"Close realms" command: "Could not connect to relams" is displayed.

I referred to the link because it was "duplicate", but the thread has just expired and nothing has been resolved.
Also, the realms server seems to be back now, and it's possible to enter the world. The cause has not been officially consulted yet, so please explain the cause so that you can explain it to the members when the problem occurs again.

統合版・PC版（win10）マインクラフトでrealmsサーバーを契約しているのですが、本日、こちらのサーバーへアクセスできない問題が生じています。 時間といたしましては、02/24の午前11時から発生しております。 エラーコードは表示されず「Realmに参加できませんでした、後でもう一度接続してください」と表示されています。 この問題は、だけでなく、サーバーにアクセスしようとしている他約１０名が同様の状態であり、特定のPC＆回線の問題ではないと考えております。

I have a contract for a realms server with Minecraft for PC（BE version / PC version (win10)）, but today I am having a problem that I cannot access this server. The time is from 11:00 am on 02/24. The error code is not displayed and "Could not join Realm, please connect again later" is displayed. Not only this problem, but about 10 other people who are trying to access the server are in the same state, and I think that it is not a problem of a specific PC & line.
