Unable to connect

I've signed up to the trial of realms to check it out before i purchase it. Me and famiky have been playing the game for almost 2 weeks plus. I tried many times connecting to the realm that i created and we cannot connect to it.. my subscriptiin says that il be charge on march 26. Is it really like this? Can it still be fixed? Did we already loose everything on that realm? please help.
