Windows 10/Bedrock realm. Unable to shear sheep in Survival or Creative. Using a fresh pair, or used pair of shears in either survival or creative - when clicking on a sheep to shear it, nothing happens. This is the case on all colours of sheep. This suddenly became an issue a couple of weeks ago. We have one sheep farm, the owner says the shears do still work but the farm is acting 'odd'. To be specific: "all of them eat at the exact same time. Like on a redstone clock. Then they get sheared and a few more minutes pass. And it goes on like clock work". The shears still work on pumpkins.

Yes, this is happening on the 1.16.210 update.
Yesterday (after the 1.16.210 update was applied) I took a local copy of the world. There was a resource pack active so I de-activated it, went into the world and was able to shear sheep no problem. What I didn't do was test the shearing BEFORE I removed the resource pack so can't say if that was the cause.
I then uploaded the fixed local copy to the Realm. There are no resource or behaviour packs active on the realm. I went back in and spent a good 6 or 7 minutes in creative, spawning sheep and trying to shear them to no avail. I then went into creative mode and tried shearing some sheep that'd generated naturally and this didn't work either.
