Bf and I have a realm (we play on switch) that was working fine but now neither of us are able to play. It just says it's unable to load the world. It's not either of our wifi connections and we have tried everything suggested on the troubleshooting suggestions page. It's not anything we can do.

Do you have any resource packs in the realm? If so, you might try removing those.
You might also try closing and reopening the realm.
