We have a REALM over a year with a couple of Friends, for some reason we expierience a lot of lag since a few months.
We already Reset the server
Reset a brand new map
Because of the lag issues we starten a brand new realm because with thought it maby had something to do with the back ups. Even with a new realm we have the same lag issues!
Can you are the settings OR give advice to get the game more fluet?

I am playing on the same server and want to add some more information to this bugreport.
Lag started in the first minute of creating the new realm
Lag got worse each day
Building up may damage you
Sometimes you take half a heart damage out of nowhere
When eating you have to hold and watch the animation 3 - 5 times just to eat once.
Lifting off with an elytra is almost impossible
When flying the map wont load and you will hit an invisible wall
Mined blocks will reappear
When someone travels to the nether, the lag will even be worse
We are playing with 4 players on the realm.
We haven't build a lot yet. No sorting machines, we don't do zero tick farms, i think we have about 20 - 30 hoppers in total scattered over the entire world so far.
We have tried despawning all mobs with the peaceful game mode switch method, but because of the lag already showing from minute 1 I don't believe it has to do with the mob count.
I am playing on the xbox one X.
I think it is a performace issue of the minecraft servers.
Yes I am the same you can not even pile upwards without taking fall damage (which is weird). Please fix this Mojang.
