This is a bug on Bedrock edition Minecraft realms, the issue is on the newest 1.17 that came out recently and the bug is that goats just don't seem to ram you, in the trailer I watched it seemed goat ramming was a big part of this update and it's sad to see it not working, hope you fix it!
