Realm server crashes upon a login of a specific player

When logging into a realm with a specific user, the client issues the message, "Disconnected from server" for all users logged into the realm. For the next few minutes the realm is unavailable with the client message, "Could not connect to the world"

After a few minutes, most users can log into the realm again, but when the original user logs in, the problem is repeated. The original user cannot enter the realm. Purportedly changing the user's gamertag resolves the issue temporarily, but I could not reproduce this.

This problem was observed on both Windows 10 Edition and Pocket Edition (Android)

This problem has been plaguing me for a couple weeks. It happens on iOS and Windows 10 Beta (I don't have an android device). When my wife logs in on the same devices, no problem. Switch it back to me, bam it's broken again. I suspect my gamertag or character in Minecraft is corrupted somehow but there are no user-end tools to solve this problem.

I few e-mails w/ support have suggested resetting the realm. Resetting temporarily fixes the problem, but it always comes back within a day and I lose all my work!

I just changed my gamertag to see if that would fix it--and it did NOT. Logging in (same Microsoft account, new gamertag name) booted the other players (my daughter and wife) and wouldn't let me in. So it isn't tied to the gamertag name specifically. I will see if I can create a realm under my wife's account if it will have the same problem with me later on tonight.

Also, starting/stopping realm made no difference

I have tried all the above also I have changed regions to local and not local along with time zones and languages.

Ok do you need Xbox live account to play or can I just make a new free M$ account to play.

Just a new Xbox live free account will work. Also I've read that the glitch may be related to the swiftness effect.

I made a new Xbox live account but it still gave me the same message

We are a having this problem on MCPE Realms 0.16.1 (started in 0.16.0), which seems to be caused by a corrupt chunk. First one player (not owner) could not log in without crashing the entire realm. I attempted to investigate the problem, and started getting disconnected and pushed out of a specific (most likely corrupted) area. I approached it from multiple sides. Finally, I got too far in (via a boat), and now I cannot log in at all. I tried minimizing my rendering distance to no avail. I'm not sure what is in the area to cause the corruption. Are there block-analysis/editing tools that can replace/resolve this? Or reopen this bug? The owner cannot download/save the Realm either. He is thinking of resetting the Realm, but that is a last resort. A dozen or more people have put in months of work on this realm. A workaround for downloading/saving the Realm map would be nice. This is a paid service after all. I am in close contact with the owner and can put you in contact with him.

A member of our realm experiences the same issue. It crashes his game on XBOX, Portable Edition, and even if I log into his account on PC. The entire game just crashes.
