I think i was online if my user name (gametag) an email is online to microsoft but what else i need to connect? 2day i try to open my realms but it fix to day when i try to open realms and close
When you say "2day i try to open my realms but it fix to day when i try to open realms and close" does that mean that you are no longer having the issue? Please try to be as clear as possible with information. Please also state exactly what you are trying to do and exactly what happens. The screenshots seem to be related to upload/replacing the realm, but the summary is about payment. These should be for the same issue.
