My realm seems like corrupting the save file in the cloud, happened twice already.
First, I am able to join the world, then a few moments later I will get disconnected, you can still connect after that but the world won't render anymore like it is broken, the realm will kick you right away saying disconnected event though I'm not.
Second, the backup feature doesn't seem to work so I had to use the older one which also resets the progress but at least it is not corrupted anymore. That's the fix, use the older backup.
Lastly, when I download the corrupted save file and play it, it can't load either even tweaking the settings, it is just white everywhere not rendering any single chunks but the GUI is there, it seems like the chunks aren't getting rendered, it is stuck there.
I think there is a problem with the server running the realm, it corrupts the save file. The only fix is to load older backup which suck. This only happened 2 hours ago after I created this issue.
Restarting everything doesn't work including network and phone, I even tried it with my tablet and including emulator which both doesn't work too and just a waste of time, performing a hard reset doesn't have an effect either if they aren't working for either phone, tablet, or emulator.
UPDATE: We decided to check back after 6 hours hoping that the people working behind realms fixed it and then it still happen, we found out that the realms doesn't save our progress as the world is progressing which eventually corrupts the save file. Then It disconnects us and then our progress is reset, at least it is fixed for now (the world will render correctly), after all, the realms then disconnects us but the progress is not saved leaving our work undone.

Clear data Minecraft
Sign-in/Sign-out
Reinstall Minecraft from Play Store
Download the world in realms then upload it again (still corrupted, might be worse than using older world backup)
Tried but work:
Use an older backup than the recent which is corrupted (It will happen later, the progress won't save).
