When you standing in spaces where your head touches ceiling (2 blocks vertically) and when you break the painting the item teleports to surface. its only a visual, item drop is actually can be picked up if u jump
This occured multiple times
One time i died near y 10 same conditions as above, but this time my items was nowhere to be found, my friend tried to jump up, dig around, dig up but items werent found.
