So me and my friends have had problems on getting into realms, and for some reason it say they're outdated, even though we thought we fixed it, it still happens HELp

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

The Realm owner needs to update to the latest version and log on to the realm.
Another alternative is to "close" and "reopen" the realm.
Do either of these steps fix the issue for you?
