Me and my gamer grandma were playing in my realm and the upstairs of my house is made of soil soul, and I was having fun watching the souls escape from the soul soul but my grandma did not seem to be able to see the Souls or hear their sounds. Iām sorry but whenever I upload a screenshot, it says it has had an internal error.

What device is being used?
Is the option to "Show Particles" turned on?
Are other sounds audible in the game? If not, and this is on a mobile device (iOS or Android) has the optional music pack been installed? Also, is the sound volume high enough to hear sounds?
